Country Ribs And Kraut Recipe
Ingredients

2 Lb sauerkraut, rinsed and drained
|
4-5 Lb Beef Ribs
|
|
1/4 Cup brown sugar
|
salt and pepper
|
|
1 Cup water
|
First, Mix sauerkraut and brown sugar in large shallow baking pan.
Then, Cut ribs into serving size pieces; place on top of sauerkraut; sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Lastly, Bake in slow oven (325) 3 hours, turning ribs occasionally to brown and crisp on both sides.
